7. Subscription Terms

HabitsFlow offers subscription services that automatically renew according to the chosen billing cycle until the user decides to cancel.

7.1 Subscription Management

Users can manage their subscription at any time through the payment platform corresponding to their purchase method.

Web subscribers (Stripe)

Users who subscribed through the website manage their subscription via the Stripe Customer Portal, our authorized payment processor. To access it:

Sign in to your HabitsFlow account
Click on your profile image located in the top right corner of the screen
Select the "Subscription" option from the dropdown menu
You will be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:

View your current subscription details
Cancel your subscription
Update your payment method
View your billing history
Download invoices

Google Play subscribers

Users who subscribed through the Google Play Store manage their subscription through Google Play. To manage your subscription:

Open the Google Play Store app on your device
Tap your profile icon and select "Payments & subscriptions"
Select "Subscriptions" and find HabitsFlow
From there you can view your subscription details, change your plan, or cancel

7.2 Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time. When canceling a subscription:

The user will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period
No additional charges will be made after submitting the cancellation request
No partial refunds are offered for unused time in a billing period

For web subscriptions, cancellation is processed without delay through the Stripe system.

For Google Play subscriptions, cancellation must be done through the Google Play Store. Refund policies for Google Play purchases are governed by Google's refund policy.

7.3 Trial Periods

HabitsFlow may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. When signing up for a trial period:

A valid payment method will be required during registration
No charge will be made during the trial period
At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew and the first charge will be made, unless the user cancels before the trial period ends
Users can cancel during the trial period without incurring charges by following the cancellation process described above

For Google Play subscriptions, trial availability and terms may vary according to Google Play policies.

7.4 Price Changes

HabitsFlow reserves the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be notified to users at least 30 days in advance through the email registered in their account.

7.5 Google Play Subscriptions

When accessing HabitsFlow through the Google Play Store, the following additional terms apply:

Payments are processed by Google LLC through Google Play Billing
Subscription prices may include taxes added by Google based on your location, which may differ from the base price displayed on the website
Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be submitted through Google Play and are subject to Google's refund policy
Google Play's terms of service apply in addition to these terms for all app store purchases
